New beginnings

OMG I haven't blogged for 2 weeks!!!

Felt like I have disappeared from the face of the Earth and life has been kept so busy and days have been passing by so quickly!

So anyway, in my previous post I was still talking about worrying about my 1st lesson at macpherson and unknowingly ytd was already my 4th lesson there! Kids have been hyperactive but nice at the same time so it's okay, reminds me so much of my childhood/primary school days and being a teacher is really not easy. Before every lesson I have to buy myself ginseng chrysanthemum/liang cha if not by the end of the lesson really will lose voice!! LOL But have been enjoying my time there ^^ Always feeling a sense of achievement whenever they improve and stuff :')

Alternatively my work over at Awfully Choc has barely started... because for Jan I only applied to work for 3 days LOL and my 2nd day is later. LOL. So I'm still a noobie and raw with all the proceedings, only thing im capable of without help is using the cashier since ive been one before LOL. #lifeskills.

Can vaguely remember the events for the past fortnight... i know on the 14th there was chingay full dress rehearsal at the F1 pit and it was boring as hell... the waiting time was so freaking long i almost fell asleep on the road LOL was a really late night too and sunday as usual, was shhk! Monday and Tuesday were both spent teaching at MPS and I met Jabez for dinner on Tuesday after work I think? Or was it mon.. cant rmb hahaha. Then wednesday was supposedly 10S68 outing BUT yours truly had pointe class at night!! Gave it a miss but I met the girls at town earlier in the day for some cny shopping and watch Rena's pockets burn from the expensive manicure LOLZ.

Thurs was then work at AC for morning shift and the girls were nice ^^ hehehe. Met peishi after work and we toured around Orchard/Somerset for a few times, went to return Charis her slippers before that and went to find Jasmine at Frolick after that for some chit chat and then we walked all the way back to ION for Swensen's LOLLOL. After dinner where I decided i was kinda tired and wanted to pig out and go home, SWEET TOOTH OVERTOOK MY LIFE and I bought $13 worth of Garrett's popcorn WHICH HALF A PACKET IS STILL INTACT IN MY HOUSE RIGHT NOW.. then we walked to A&F for another "tour" and we took a polaroid with the shirtless model. LOL I mean, that has become a new tourist attraction for females in Singapore right?? LOL.

Friday was performance at Maris Stella and omg, their school build staircase like free one!!! Build stairs no need money siaaaa, no mercy at all climb from the entrance near Bartley to their GO is like.... :O:O And that morning was a terrible one :( left house supposedly to be punctual!!! but my slippers broke halfway and i went home to change to another pair of sandals and it was too late so I took a CAB... AND SO... IT WAS A BRIGHT SUNNY BEAUTIFUL MORNING AND I GOT MY PEAK HOUR+ERP SURCHARGE WITH 3 TRAFFIC LIGHTS AND A TRAFFIC JAM... $$$$$ flew away :(

After performance met Russel & Henry for lunch at Sizzler which was goood~ and i was just tired max but I waited to collect my cny goodies from Gladys before heading home and packed for Malaysia, and so I spent my Saturday-Wednesday in Malaysia, which is also how i spent CNY!!

Let the pictures do the talking, but there were of course more happening things like putting fire crackers, gambling w my parents and my parents leeched me and my sis money like free $$$$, putting fireworks, family drinking games, and all~ One of the more enjoyable CNY thus far. PROLLY COS IM NOT TIED DOWN BY SCH AND HOMEWORK I JUST FEEL LIKE A SLACKER I EAT AND SLEEP WITH NO WORRIES (despite occasional nightmares about results day and every wish i made consisted of it LOL)

And since I came back on Weds i had a good nap at home and I met russel for an impromptu lunch at yishun and then met my parents for dinner, then my dad drove us around Singapore for one round LOL, and home to watch tv and then out for supper but sadly BEANCURD CITY/ROCHOR BEANCURD BOTH NOT OPEN!! :@ Omg zzz.... Thurs was another day i decided to laze at home since i had only planned to start work on Friday. Day out with parents went ikea and all... packed my room (HALFWAY) and then friday was teaching at MPS and meeting blod for STEAMBOAT buffet which was just too good and sinful... :') HEHEHE

Hmmm and alright, I'm off for work now! hahaah seeya ^^
